How many loads does a full house downsizing take?
It depends on home size and how much furniture remains. A heavily furnished three-bedroom home often needs two to three full loads. We recommend starting with a walkthrough or photos so we can plan the right number of trips.
How much does downsizing cleanout cost?
Pricing follows our load-based junk removal tiers: $200 for a quarter load, $300 for a half load, $400 for three-quarters, and $500 for a full load. Every tier includes cleanout labor, hauling, and disposal.
Can you work around a closing date or move-out deadline?
Yes. Share your deadline when you request a quote and we will schedule accordingly. Multi-day cleanouts can be booked in advance so each room clears on your timeline.
